1-on-1 consults are personalised therapy sessions designed around your unique goals, experiences, and pace. They offer professional guidance, deeper emotional processing, and tailored support to help you create meaningful change.
Programs, on the other hand, are structured, pre-recorded courses for self-guided learning and practice. They teach mind-body awareness, emotional regulation, and everyday wellbeing skills that you can apply independently. These programs are educational and not a substitute for therapy.
➡️ For the best results, Allie strongly recommends combining both — using therapy to explore, personalise, and integrate what you’re learning in the programs. This combination allows you to understand your system on a deeper level, practise skills between sessions, and sustain growth over time.
Do you work with clients who don’t have trauma or diagnoses?
Absolutely. Many clients work with Allie simply to build emotional awareness, manage stress, improve relationships, or enhance focus and wellbeing. Therapy isn’t just for healing — it’s also for growth and better performance.
